WHO STARTED IT

Markéta Shubik

Markéta Shubik founded the office in 2019. Her focus on intellectual property rights was inspired by her work in a family law patent office and as a regional representative for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine in a multinational group of intellectual property service providers. Thanks to her extensive contacts and experience, she provides complete services in the field of intellectual property in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and, with the help of a foreign network of partners, in other countries of the world.

In 2024, Markéta Shubik received an award from the Customs Administration of the City of Prague for extraordinary contribution.

Our team

We present the core team, which is supplemented by detectives, contractors and other specialists we hire for specific cases. Markéta Shubik and other team members are members of INTA, ECTA, LES and MARQUES.
